Today I let my youngest daughter watch the classic "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" DVD. She liked it, of course!However, later that day I could hear her in the other room saying over and over, " I got a rock, I got a rock." I laughed so hard! Of all the things she would have picked out to say, she chose that. That has been a line that has been quoted in my family for ages! It brought back memories. It was also a moment that made me think, yep, she belongs in our family.

So, my kids spent some time at the Jensen's this weekend, and apparently watched this movie while they were there. This is how I found out about it..."something something something, I got a rock." (at the breakfast table yesterday. Of course this caught my attention after reading you post! :) ) So I asked them what they were talking about. They explained that the guy with the black shirt and one hair sticking up said "I got a rock!"
This was the first time my boys had seen this movie, and I thought it was hilarious that the only line they quoted to me was "I got a rock!"
