I LOVE, and I mean LOVE! MiriLou's gingersnaps. I also really like Ande's mints cookies where you make a chocolate brownie like cookie, and melt an andes mint on top. (recipe from Shanna Lystrup) VERY GOOD! Rachel Kimbler's chocolate chip cookies are also great. Wow...Ridgecrest gave me some good cookies! (And your little things you make at Christmas time were SORELY missed this year!) Happy Eating today!

I have to say I just love a good chocolate chip cookie.
Sometimes I cheat and pick up a bag of those divine Albertsons chocolate chip cookies. YUM!!!!!!!
