That's Life Thursday

Life has many stages. I am going through the power nap stage. I remember when I was a kid, my Dad would often go take a power nap. I never understood that until now. These past two weeks have been very busy and I can't seem to make it through the day without a 20-30 minute power nap. I heard that if you sleep longer than that, you knock your sleep pattern off balance. Well, it has been working for me. I can make it through the evening and still fall alseep at night. I guess that's life right now:) Go Power Nap!

Naps are a wonderful thing. I think I'm jealous...T.J. and Ian are no longer taking naps. At least I can still put them down for a quiet time and be by myself, or with the baby for a little while each day!!

Somedays I could sure go for a nap but am always to nervous to do it. My kids are too busy I am afraid of what they will do!

I have to comment on your poem on the side bar...we had this old red poem book and that one was my absolute favorite!!! It teaches a lot about parenting don't you think :)...
and go power naps! I fell asleep feeding Katie Anne the other day...oops!

I can't seem to master power naps. I always wake up with a head ache or I sleep to long. I'm glad you got it right!
